24 HOURS GREAT CARE

Our Accident & Emergency (A&E) Department is open 24 hours a day. It is managed by our dedicated medical officers and experienced nurses. In addition, as soon as you step in to our Hospital, our Guest Relation Officers is always available to give you a hand in any related matter.

Several medical specialities are provided in KMI Kuantan, including cardiology, internal medicine, general surgery, obstetrics and gynecology (O&G), orthopedic surgery, ENT, ophthalmology, urology, plastic surgery, anaesthesiology, reconstructive & gastroenterology. Our comprehensive services include 24-hour emergency services, laboratory, pharmacy, rehabilitation, and diagnostic imaging such as MRI, CT Scan, mammogram, ultrasound, and x-ray.

Procedures & Information

Admission

From specialist clinic/A&E, at customer service counter (Admission Counter) or application in process (Day Care Procedure)

Discharge

Standard discharge time is at 12.00 p.m. Doctor will write your discharge notes in the morning ward rounds.

Deposit

All admissions require a deposit, the amount to be decided when you are registering for admission. Kindly contact Customer Service or Admissions staff to top up your deposit and be prepared to pay any outstanding amount upon discharge.

Terms of Payment

We accept Cash, Panel Guarantee Letter, Debit and Credit Card. We regret to inform you that personal cheques are NOT accepted.

All rooms are Single Rooms @ RM 180.00 per night

Visiting Hours

Visitors are welcome but it is our responsibility to ensure that patients receive maximum rest during their stay and treatment at our hospital.
